Coach Tour Manager

Coach Tour Manager is in use by tour & coach hire operators throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our product is designed for tour operators for day and extended tours.  The program can include a coach hire for multiple days and drivers or additional components such as web linking and accommodation bookings.  Web linking can be used for showing tour availability status, online bookings, enquiries, feedback and load tours directly from the system.  Statistics attest to 50% of web bookings are completed outside business hours.

Tour Manager manages all aspects of a reservation or hire from initial contact through to invoicing and payment. Manifests, invoices, statements, booking confirmations, driver hire details emails, quotations, correspondence and any other aspect of your day-to-day operations.

With easy-to-use screens our system provides detailed information specific to each product and enables streamlined and comprehensive reporting.

Tours and coach trips are easily created using a standard tour process. This allows regular coach trips to be easily replicated thus reducing the need for time- consuming manual tasks.  For example you can create a standard tour that can be repeated easily

We can link Tour Manager to your website or build a website for you.  Bookings, enquiries, itineraries, tour lists, documents etc. can be linked and processed through your internal system.  All the tours and dynamic data is linked to Tour Manager.  An example is Austwide Tours.  We developed the website and linked to the application.  This way you do not need to maintain a website as all the data is fed dynamically from Tour Manager.

The first 3 screens below show examples of the flexibility of our systems.  Screen 1 is a tour system with web linker.  Screen 2 is a tour booking and 3 camp booking system with web linker (availability+enquiries+booking) and also handles accommodation and activity requests by season.  Screen 3 is a tour and coach booking system with web linker for bookings.

We can also work with your current website developers to link dynamic data like availability for tours, bookings, enquiries etc.  We have done this for companies such as Leisure Time Tours in New Zealand and Outback Spirit Tours.  This allows you to use your existing site and connect to Tour Manager.
