Travel Manager​

This product is designed for Wholesale Operators in a multi-user environment and handles all aspects of a reservation for FIT or Group Tour Bookings from initial contact through to invoicing and payment. Manifests, invoices, statements, booking confirmations, quotations, and client or agent correspondence and any other aspect of your day-to-day operations are easily managed.

Destination Packages can be created and added to a booking with a click of a button saving consultants a great deal of time. Detailed product and destination information and pictures can be added to your quotes and final itineraries.

With our easy-to-use screens (see examples below) our system provides detailed information specific to each product and enables streamlined and comprehensive reporting.

We can link Tour Manager to your website or build a website for you.  Bookings, enquiries, itineraries, tour lists, documents etc. can be linked and processed through your internal system.  All the tours and dynamic data is linked to Tour Manager.  An example is Austwide Tours.  We developed the website and linked to the application.  This way you do not need to maintain a website as all the data is generated from Tour Manager.

We can also work with your current website developers to link dynamic data like availability for tours, bookings, enquiries etc.  We have done this for companies such as Leisure Time Tours in New Zealand and Outback Spirit Tours.  This allows you to use your existing site and connect to Tour Manager.
